tool results, broken references, a line that won't parse — SessionPatch shows you the damage and lets you fix it,
then exports a new .patched.jsonl. The original is never touched.
Sessions render as a document — not chat bubbles, not raw JSON.
Rewrite messages and tool outputs. UUIDs and tool linkage stay intact.
Doctor reports orphaned results and broken parent chains, click-to-jump.
Current rules flag malformed lines, missing parents, and unmatched tool events.
